Thomas Mahoney and I have secret meetings from time to time, despite the perception that we are pitted against each others destruction. This is what happens. GOLDEN DOOM.

I don’t care about how the economy is failing. I don’t believe in the future. Be here now. Now might be hell. But I can’t seem to worry about that. I can’t seem to worry if I have credit. I have a bank of credit in my brain, but I love this world and it seems to get sidetracked but never lost. I live in the USA. This is my Country, and I don’t see a reason to ever leave it as a home. I’ve been all over the world, and I really don’t like it very much. It’s cold. Their sadness sits in the ashes of time. They are lost in their father’s dreams of their father’s motives. I live in California. Technically the Western point of Civilization. The final frontier. Truth is equality and being theosophical at heart, that is all I strive for. There is nothing else. Trivial pursuit is boring. I’m not perfect. Who cares. Hobbies are out the door. Why doesn’t anyone want to strive? Why do you feel comfortable wearing a red medal? Why don’t you want to win? We aren’t here to ruin each other, we came here to get to know each other. I know nothing more of you than I did at 12. I left you long ago. I can only abstractcally paint your bible. I fail daily. By will alone I set my mind in motion. If you cross me their will be consequences. I don’t believe in happy endings. But there is triumph over brooding will.
When Matt Cappozolli and I used to DJ Poundtown at Footsies (Our psych/shoegaze night) we came across a lot of strange and sometimes interesting bands. ESTER DRANG being one of them. Well I finally was able to obtain their first LP “GOLDENWEST”. I can’t stop listening to it. It’s the best space rock albums i’ve heard in a while. Hope LANTVRN gets to play with them someday. Check out the song “How Good Is Good Enough?” on their myspace. Follow the link above.
Los Angeles is once again on fire. I don’t really mind. My allergies are out of control, which leads to brain dead days sweating in the shade, mucos stained pillows, late nights avoiding the heat. I’ve been quiet. I’ve been working, mixing, living in the summer of Southern California. It’s not always beautiful, but in the past few months I’ve had some wonderful expereiences and continue to meet people that inspire. LANTVRN is receiving a great response, and we are on the cusp of adding new players to the light. I don’t want to officially say anything, but it’s moving forward, and that’s all I’ve ever wanted. Evolving spacially into unknown caverns of the mind. I always keep a light shining inside myself, even when surrounded by the ravenous vibes of darkness. I never let myself sink. Shining is the only option. For those who disagree, I won’t keep a light on for you, don’t worry. Misery is not needed now.
